Diane Marvin is the co-founder and co-owner of Marvin & Whitehurst Appraisal Group, Inc. She is a certified member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA), specializing in Antiques and Residential Contents and has earned the Certified Appraiser of Personal Property (CAPP) designation in this area. CAPP is the Society's highest level of recognition, and fewer than 150 appraisers in the U.S. and Canada have attained this professional achievement. Certified appraisers must complete a long-term, intensive course study in appraisal principles, pass the examinations on the theory and practice of professional appraising, ethical standards of practice and legal considerations.

Diane has been working as a generalist appraiser for over 20 years in and around South Florida and provides USPAP - compliant appraisal reports. She also provides consultations regarding the disposition of tangible assets and works with individuals, trust officers, estate planners, lawyers and other professionals to place these assets in their best possible venue.

Diane is new to the popular PBS television series, "Antiques Roadshow" beginning in 2013.
